Should be a way to trigger an ikisite-calendar run.

The two cases seem to be a change to archive_pagespec or similar, which should probably just automatically trigger a rebuild of all the calendar pages; and pushing in past posts from someone else, in which case a way needs to be present to generate calendar pages for the past years.
